Dhagsheyling School in Kathmandu

Dhagpo Sheydrup Ling Monastic School in Kathmandu. Currently, Rinpoche is taking care of more than 100 poor children/monks who are between 8-17 years old. Most of them are from a remote Himalayan region of Nepal.

Lama Phuntsok Choephel volunteers himself to become the School Principal since 2007. A nephew of Sherab Gyaltsen Rinpoche has a noble vision to uphold and transmit vast knowledge and great skill in profound Dharma to the younger generation as well as to nurture themwith modern education. Actively offering himself as a social worker to the needy, the Principal is also an exemplary model to his students to practice generosity and loving kindness.
